Experience Required

• • Should have PhD in Management with a good research study performed in an Information
    Management. Should have at least 3 years of experience in Geo-spatial, Web Governance,
    and Information Management areas of Software Development Life Cycle, Data Integration.

• • Should have Techno-functional consulting experience with strategic Leadership skills to
    plan, Review and Monitor the business process of Information Management Process in the web
    portal(s) of Governance System, or ERP/HRMS.

• • Should have certification in SCRUM Fundamental/ Project Management and knowledge of
    Open-Source Technology will be added value.

• • Paper publication: At least two
