Terms & Conditions
- In the engagement period with ORSAC, no other job/ assignments/ consulting etc. with other Organisation or person in any form or any other business in any form is not allowed and if activities are noticed, the contract of engagement shall be terminated forthwith.
- This Contractual is full time in-premise at ORSAC & is purely temporary, contractual and terminable at any point of time as per requirement of the ORSAC and depending on the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
- Engaged Candidate shall have no claim to a due to any permanent job or ORSAC or at any Government Organization due to this contractual engagement.
- Selected Candidate will submit medical fitness certificate from a Govt Hospital of Odisha and will go through a 4 month” period of an job and competence evaluation. In this. Evaluation will be objective and will be based on verifiable and Quantifiable output as per project requirements, If the candidate is found suitable with successful evaluation of performance and competence within period of four months, he/she will be engaged further contractual engagements of one year and it is extensible/ renewable only as per requirements of ORSAC / Governments, with a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000 month.
- Engagements/s of the candidate who will be evaluated as unsuccessful within evaluation period of four months, will be terminated forth with by ORSAC shall be final and binding. Evaluation period shall not be extended expect unexpected serious health condition of the candidate.
- No negotiations or request are entertained to enhance the current consolidated remuneration as indicated above. only the Applications who agree to the above remunerations are advised to apply.
- Decisions of ORSAC / S&T Dept. , Govt of Odisha is final with respect to the consolidated remuneration.
- Shortlisted candidate will be invited for verification of credential and documents and interview to asses the technical competence and proficiency by team of Technical Panel of Expert constituted by ORSAC. At the time of interview, the applicant must come with color photograph, self attested copies of all relevant and genius certificate of Educational Qualifications, Technical Qualification, Professional Qualification, Experience and Employment Certificate, Appointment later, Certificate of work executed issued by employers/ Client etc.
- Any form of Canvassing or influencing ORSAC by the candidates shall lead to her / his Applications.
- List of selected Candidate will be notified under due procedure of ORSAC and selected Candidates will be intimated to join within a month positively without fail. If a Candidate fails to join within one month, his Candidate will be automatically treated as canceled.
- Decision of Chief Executive, ORSAC in the matter of Contractual Engagements will be final and binding.
- Resignation Terms and Candidates: In case of Resignation from service, the selected Candidate should sere 3 months notice period or 3 months notice pay insted of notice period.
- Termination: The performance of Selected Candidate will be reviewed by ORSAC from time to time. At any time if the performance of any candidate found unsatisfactory for various reasons like technical incompetence, indiscipline, irregularity, insincerity, disobedience, doubtful credentials/ integrity etc. ORSAC has right to terminate the candidate with or without I month notice period.
- Selected Candidate should maintain absolute secrecy and security of the figures, flow charts, pseudo code, reference code etc., provided by ORSAC for the purpose of design, development. conversion, coding, implementing and testing or stored on various computing systems/Servers at ORSAC. Candidate shall return the original and copies of the same to ORSAC after completion of the Contract. The technical information / papers / drawings to be provided by ORSAC from time to time, are for the execution of this Contract only; and should not be used / copied / reproduced / published in any form or disclosed to third party, by Selected Candidate. - Selected Candidate is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ORSAC. Selected Candidate will also be responsible for any violation or infringement of NDA.
- Any Litigation matter pertaining to Contractual Engagements at ORSAC shall be amenable to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar.
- All other Terms & Conditions will be followed as per Contractual Engagements Riles and Guidelines issued by Governments of Odisha from time to time.
